Yes there is visible smoke with these settings. Its now tuned for max power first and after that we start now fine tune the efficiency. Visible smoke start somewhere when lambda goes under 16 in diesels.
For best efficiency its better to keep it over 17.
Yesterday dyno results were:
119.3 Hp and 284.8 Nm so doubled power and torgue from factory.
First test tank with these injectors gave 2.633 l/100km which is not bad conserning that included dyno pulls and avg test speed 90% of the tank was same as in best tank and it was wet and cold half of the tank.
Efficiency tuning will continue this week and try to reach two liters during this week as weather is getting warm again.
