I paid $4.52/gallon (US) last week, for 91 octane *ethanol free* gas, which they just started selling near me, woot! The STi would really rather have 93 octane even if it does have ethanol in it, so I probably won't get any more $4.50 gas. But the 87 octane is quite a bit cheaper, and it might pay to put it in the Fit if the MPGs improve enough. I'm just waiting for the Fit to need gas, and then I'll give it a go.

I have to admit, part of me wants to pay the extra money just to encourage stations to start carrying ethanol-free gas again...
