i think i saw one of the ''engines'' that you say, but, just on the internet, and even if it were real you couldn't aproach that ''energy'' ''generated'' in a electric or mechanical way. cos i saw that they need lot of speed to ''start'' in a mechanical way transfered by a chain to rear wheels (the most less braking way) then you will need a clucht that could be centrifugal/manual... then make that engine spin (¿how?) to high revolutions with some kind of heavy flywheel (to be able to spin the wheel,becouse it have no torque) and touch the clutch... but now every little spin of it will consume a lot of friction, that gets worse whit the chain, worse with the clutch, and worse with the flywheel (and the vehicle wheight)...but all that is simple to solve if your engine really works good : D
