I marked the listing as spam after I found "Nicole's" response in my spam folder. She was trying the departing servicemember scam, and actually doing everything that Craigslist warns us

Quote:
The car will be shipped to the buyer's address for a 5 days inspection period (shipping 48-72 hrs). So, this is not a blind transaction, you can physically see the car before committing to buy and to eliminate any concerns. All documents you need for ownership, title, manuals, carfax buyback guarantee and bill of sale will be provided along with the vehicle.
At that point, she just asked for my full name and address, but how would it be a scam if she did not ask for money?

Anybody else want to sell me a nonexistant Prius? $1,990 is way too much!
