Would it be worthwhile building a faired hump into the rear section, right behind your helmet?
Wind noise is something that really annoys me and a lot of it seems to come from very unaerodynamic helmet shapes. If the "hump' was foam and formed to the back of your helmet it should be possible to cut wind noise substantially .
