For YouTube: we have users who create good vids, but they post them to their own accounts. Personally, I see EM's YouTube value being more about setting up some really good playlists (of other people's videos) on a range of topics relating to driving & modding.

That would be a good idea as-well as having the option of a playlist or having another doing the edits.
