It seems that is true, many things can read your records...
As far the rest, I found out that there is nothing new in any of these Techs.
There seems to be hundreds of Patterns on just about every way to do each of these systems, so all I will be doing is figuring out a system that I can apple.
So there is no use going for a pattern. They are worthless any way.
So many fools think all they need do is invent something and get a pattern and the world will beat a path to your door with tons of money to give you.
All a pattern gives you is protection IF you go to market with a product. It helps you sue anyone that rips you off. But it is a fight in court if someone else does almost the same thing..and funny many can also get a pattern if there is enough different. Often as little as 10% change can earn a new pattern.
Now a days it is VERY HARD to truly invent something new.
In most cases it comes down to who has the biggest bank account and can afford the biggest lawyers and stay the fight for up to decades.
So your best bet is to make a deal with a big company who then puts their bank account in and fights the fight as they go to market with your invention.
But don't count on getting a fair deal..sometimes they only pay you for as long as it takes them to figure out a way around your pattern, or get one of their own with small enough change to do so.
I remember hearing about the guy who invented the drop release socket wrench, it took years for him to sue Sears and win, and I believe he did not do so well...
At this time staying alive is more important. Making a good living is all I am after.
And as a safety system I am considering releasing say system via the internet, public dominating it as a protection.
