YES it just when though the emission test.
That makes sense for to incress performance (IE: POWER) You add fuel, using more fuel means more smog.
Ever consider that one or two of the mileage improvements might decrees emissions??
After all the smog is the unburned waste out of the tail pipe and IF you could mange to limit the gas used by the car to as close to ONLY what is needed to power the car and thus you would have almost no wasted fuel still burning when the exhaust valve opens how cleaner things would be.
That is the hope for Gasoline Vapor.
