I doubt we're going to see an up! diesel hybrid.
VW already have the CNG eco up.
The new e-up just launched - but that's costing about twice as much for only 1/4 to 1/3 the range.
Adding yet another - third ! - frugal model in the exact same car niche ...
I very much doubt it's going to work out or sell well.
They'd mostly cannibalise each other's sales.
