Rarely drive it?

I do not know how good of an example I am. My Ultragauge currently reads 25.7 and Bacon is rated 24 MPG highway, but only eighteen city and twenty combined. I just try to keep my car from downshifting. I believe that is DWL. I started looking at the threads on torque-locking, although while I like my car, I would rather replace than modify.

As I keep saying, a Civic HX is rated 30/39. How in the world could I do that with a Forester?
