You can understand my method of visiting that fair city, when we were there in 2009.
1) arrive from the north via the Forth Road/M90
2) take the Glascow road/A8. Drive UNDER the ginourmous roundabout at the bypass.
3)Continue on to the next roundabout and Drum Brae. Go left up Drum Brae. Notice I have made one turn so far?
4) Turn left into B&B driveway, and never move rental car again, until ready to retrace steps westward.
