Last week I cycled my battery pack with my grid charger and a discharger. It appears it has done miracle! When I first charged my battery, the SOC took 3 days to go from 19/20 to 3/20. After the charge & discharge cycles the pack took 7 days to go from 19/20 to 4/20 bars. Next plan is to put a ON/OFF switch with two different ON terminal. This will be my IMA inhibit switch/Max regen switch.
Will start on friday, I'll try to take some pictures.
