Yes, there is a 150V to 12V device. It is called DC/DC converter. Most people use DC/DC converters in their conversions. I use this product:
400W DC-DC Converter Isolated/Non-isolated_Hangzhou Tiecheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. and 4x 90Ah LFP cells (12V accessory battery). I had a lead battery once but after it went down for the first time I replaced it with lithium.
