Yes the front bumper is removed, the air dams I have built fit better without the bumper & makes the truck lighter. The abs sheet is 8' long and I have not seen one any longer than that, but you could use two pieces & have them buttress in the middle. I did not consider extending over the front wheels. Nice idea, but it would take a lot more time then what I have invested in the one I built.
