That's one we will try - Mrs A is Indian by origin, Kenyan by birth. We have tried the
Kalpna - the Dosas are superb, and a new one locally is the
Spice Lounge which has taken over a closed pub and is pretty good.
On the car front I've updated the fuel log.
Hermann hasn't moved for a while except for a business trip today which needed a receipt so I filled up using my new technique of first click, count 5, try again for a repeat of 3 times at the end - he hadn't moved much since the last fillup using the same technique.
Hermann managed 38 MPG (imp) on the (90%) motorway trip - interestingly the on board display and the SG2 both estimated he had done 43-ish on both legs of the trip so maybe
higher speeds mean less accurate MPG figures.
I also experimented with S-Mode which is supposed to make the car feel more sporty. It doesn't really, it just makes the engine rev more with no real benefit to either speed or economy.
In short same sh|t (auto gearbox) different trip.
