Nobody is really rational. Smart people are just more clever in enveloping their likes and dislikes with a veil of reason.
I like to believe I am fairly rational, but I know my weaknesses. Even so, my definition of cool is a car that uses less fuel than people are willing to believe.
The general public is not like that, not like us. It was their perception of cool I was referring to. They are the ones to win over, not us.
