See how it behaves with the increased pressure.
At 3 bar, you'll have most of the benefits from increased tyre pressure.
Increasing the pressure further is only going to give small improvements.

On the pic of the green car, the nozzles for the wiper fluid seem to be aft of the bonnet , on a plastic part ?
You could build a simple deflector on the bonnet itself - try it out with something simple like cardboard or insulation plates (like waterproof styrodur) cut to shape and taped on .
The effect might not be very big on your fuel consumption, but it may cut down noise as well - wind noise is a perceptible indication of troublesome aerodynamics.
