Not at all sure what I should have, allthough the handbook recommends 2.1 front and 2 back.
Check the sides of the tyres, they'll most likely have the maximum pressure stated on them somewhere - usually in smaller letters.

I'm running 3 bar in an up, which is about the size and weight of your car.
BTW : VW recommend 2.2 bar for it

Depending on the condition of the suspension, you may need to back off a bit on the rear wheels if it becomes bouncy.

If the alignment was off by enough to cause uneven wear, it was likely off by enough to impact your fuel consumption.

Upped the pressure to 3 bar yesterday.
I also learned more about ecodriving-techniques.

Windshield-wiper cover...
I think it could be a problem, because it could be in the way of the washing-fluid.. Perhaps I can add covers with gaps in them, to allow the fluid to pass?

See how it behaves with the increased pressure.

At 3 bar, you'll have most of the benefits from increased tyre pressure.
Increasing the pressure further is only going to give small improvements.

On the pic of the green car, the nozzles for the wiper fluid seem to be aft of the bonnet , on a plastic part ?

You could build a simple deflector on the bonnet itself - try it out with something simple like cardboard or insulation plates (like waterproof styrodur) cut to shape and taped on .

The effect might not be very big on your fuel consumption, but it may cut down noise as well - wind noise is a perceptible indication of troublesome aerodynamics.
