At : : PROTOTYP - PERSONEN. KRAFT. WAGEN. : :, since the German contained the word Volkswagen I entered it into Google Translate:

On the chassis of a Volkswagen this reduced weight, aerodynamically optimized prototype, consisting of riveted aluminum and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) was created. This prototype was never completed
Given the distance from the B-pillar to the rear wheelwell, it must have had 2 or 2+1 seating. Fiberglass body with aluminum doors. I thought the first production fiberglass body was the Aiken D-2/Marquis in about 1951-2. Are there any earlier examples?

It weighed 650kg and [reportedly] went 115km/h. With the same engine, 1 or 2 years earlier the 4 seat Volkhart -Sagitta weighed 880kg and went 150km/h.

It's a shame neither went into production.
