The car’s wind resistance was measured as .0061 lb/mph˛.

At 65 mph it takes 26 lbs to push the car. 26*65*5280/3600/550= 4.5 hp!

4.3 hp * .33 lb/hphr = 1.5 lb/hr / 6 lb/gal = .25 gal/hr 65/.25= 264 mpg!! ( not taking rolling resistance and transmission losses into account.)
