Exclamation Long awaited update

Hey guys, I'm back from the dead... and time to bring my car back as well! I don't have a lot to say, just a lot of pictures and updates on the car.

First off I will "show" how I made my new Kevlar Kamaback

Also, sorry the car is filthy... bondo and primer dust from a mold I made.

My first one was way to steep of a drop off and caused for turbulent flow.. so not any more!!!

first,spray foam

next we shape the foam

fill remaning holes with tape...

then we, Fiberglass resin and smooth out imperfections
(sorry I forgot a few pics here...) wax, wax, and wax, then lay a mold

now, we the remove mold

Next, lay Kevlar after more wax is applied

then trim and fit!!! TADAAA

The entire thing cost about $85 to make and weighs about 2 1/2 lbs.
I also swapped in a JDM D15b vtec with my crx HF trans and chipped the ecu to mach, next comes fine tuning the ecu for more mpg, and a full belly pan.

ehhh... wiring...

my junk yard crx HF trans

We also ported and polished the d15b vtec head while we had it apart.
