Oh, I keep coming back to thinking of the GZ for a streamliner. The low seat height keeps frontal area low, the engine is the right size, with well placed air ducting to the engine (with an oil cooler) it should be fine.
Old Mech, I know you don't need another streamliner project, but I'm guessing you're destined for yet another one.
