If I had to choose only one item of my polling it would be "knowledge"
It has been the one item I consider to be the most useful for me.
Knowledge from this forum has help me spend my "money" more wisely. I have made the mistake of putting money into areas that give me very little gain for the dollar. In doing so it has taking away some of my my "ambition" to keep working on the project. It has also cost me more "time", by not using my time more wisely.
