I acquired a gas sipper civic VX trading for a 30mpg cavalier. Also got a promotion which will cut my work week from 6 to 5 days effectively reducing my weekly commute 17%! I have averaged ~57mpg so far. Both of these improvements together should yield a 56% reduction is fuel consumption!
next year, I want to see 60 mpg averages at 60-65mph. Right now, my commute is 57mpg at 55-60.
I will use aero mods first and see how far that gets me.
