I did a pretty good job. I posted this earlier on this thread:

I did pretty good this year--far better than what I'd hoped.
2012 Totals:
Total Fills = 11
Total Miles = 14,637.9 miles
Total Fuel Used = 384.759 gallons
Average Mileage = 38.04 mpg
Best Tank = 1,465.2 miles on 35 gallons (47.01 mpg)
Fuel Cost per Mile = 8.55 cents/mile
2013 Goals:
Total Fills <= 10
Average Mileage >= 41 mpg
Best Tank >= 50 mpg
On a personal note, like most people I have the opposite problem as Pale. Duing 2012 I lost 85 lbs. I'd like to do at least that again in 2013 to put me closer to the "healtly" BMI range.

2013 Totals:
Total Fills = 8
Total Miles = 13,409.4 miles
Total Fuel Used = 283.4 gallons
Average Mileage = 47.3 mpg
Best Tank = 2,009.6 miles on 35 gallons (57.42 mpg)
Fuel Cost per Mile = 6.57 cents/mile
Also, on the weight loss front I made quite a bit of progress. I didn't drop another 85 lbs, but I did drop another 70 lbs in 2013 (170 lbs total). Related to the weight loss goals, I achieved several milestones in running and cycling. I didn't really set goals for myself at the beginning of 2013 per se, but kind of set some out there towards the end of the year. I wanted to run a half marathon distance without stopping, which I did. I wanted to run at least 100 5k's, and completed 110. Total distances for 2013 were 387.5 mi running, and 636.1 mi cycling--1,023.6 mi total, which met my goal of >1,000 mi.
For 2014 I intend to focus more on the fitness probably than the truck, but here go goals for 2014:
1) Loose the last 30 pounds to get down under 200 lbs.
2) Get to 15% body fat (at 23% right now).
3) Run a marathon
4) Get 1 year average mileage over 50 mpg.
5) Get at least one tank better than last year's best.
