That sounds good, but it doesn't sound great. And it neatly avoids mentioning what their total tankful MPGs were.

I'd like to see a comparison of the costs incurred vs. the savings, but I doubt we ever will; the objective was to sell stuff after all. And I guess we'll have to wait for the magazine's followup article to find out if they employed any hypermiling techniques.
