Well the new 65 psi 185/8015C van tires would have bee really cool, but being the cheapskate that I am, I bought some half worn out General Ameri-G4S M/S 205/70R15 tires down the road on Criagslist for $75. Mounting, balancing and disposal of 8 tires was $60 at Walmart. I replaced the front rotors that were warped also. I probably saved $200, or about 60 gallons of gas. Im getting 44 mpg this winter so thats 2600 miles. If the 185 tires got 2% better mileage, 1 mpg, then it would take 130,000 miles to pay for them. The car rides smooth now no shaking at speed and no shaking when the brakes are applied. The tires are getting better traction in the snow, I reduced the pressure 5 psi to 44 front, 40 rear. There was about 20 lbs of ice and slush packed up in the wheel wells.
