Since no one was able to answer this question, I did a little research myself. The answer is:

So no expectation of an exact match, but comparable. And if the German blogger (or anyone reposting the blogger's info) would have bothered to do the same (simple) research I did and then looked at the chart, then he (or she) would've seen that the B1 range and the RCP4.5 range is pretty close... certainly not a 0.9*C difference.
