It's new, larger diameter exhaust from the downpipe back. All stainless. I am throwing a P0420 code. I was going to replace the cat, but will be having my buddy use his nice expensive Snapon scanner to read the upstream o2 and see if that's fluctuating correctly.

Yep, the OE resonator has been removed. That's why I'm wanting to do a baffle insert into the tailpipe.
