This is not really a "working" prototype. It's fixed displacement and running on compressed air. It does show that the design is balanced with just my hand holding it in place there is no vibration at about 2000 RPM (estimated). The next one will be variable displacement, externally adjustable through the non moving hub, while the outside remains in motion. It will be hydraulic, not driven by compressed air. Basically like a KERS system but with an accumulator and the capability to recharge the accumulator, independently of vehicle speed or power demands. Being infinitely variable as far as displacement, power application can be controlled precisely, regardless of accumulator pressure level, while engine (or battery and motor) will be used to recharge the accumulator, independently of vehicle speed or power applied.
