Racers use baffled fuel tanks to maintain supply when cornering hard and running a low fuel load for weight - doubt you would be able to design one for hills though - racers cornering is for maybe 3-5 seconds at most but climbing a hill is much longer.
How about a
gimbal mounted backup tank ?
