I'm willing to bet (especially with the Ohio examples) that the drivers were talking on their MF-ing cellphones while they were parking. BTW - saw some monstrosity of a late model Ford truck, complete with spiffy huge rims and a lift kit, parked right on the line, at a local movie theatre parking lot. I guess the driver needed all that room on the driver's side to get out.
