The skirts are made from black coroplast, the build write up is back on like page 8, but I know you have already seen that. To get it more flush to the body contour I needed to bring the lower leading and trailing corners in closer to the body. Wanting not to commit to anything through drilling and such and not wanting to spend any more money on hardware either, I took some aluminum mint boxes and cut strips, doubled them up for strength and bent them into a kind of "S" ... they are hooked onto the inside lip of the body in the wheel wells and then wedged into the anodized aluminum support on the back of the coroplast. Tension from the skirt itself, wanting to push out, holds them in place firmly, for extra safety, duct tape covers all the points of contact. It's sloppy, "free," and temporary--until I'm sometime ready for the next version.
