Welcome to the forum. There are a bunch of simple and even free things you can start with. I run my 1998 Civic DX's tires, on 13" VX wheels, at 60 psi (when hot). There is a longstanding argument on here about it, but those of us who do it have reported no problems. Mine have been like this for two years or more.

Slow down... and is this a manual transmission or auto? That changes other recommendations...
