Turbo's are generally bad for FE (except in diesels) and the fuel used in all of F1 is immeasurable for CO2 emissions...
One thing I would like to see transferred from F1 is actual DRIVING and OPTIONS to enable DRIVING, not the automated beyond the reach of optimal efficiency mushmobiles we have.
