In a recent rental experience (KC - Omaha /with city driving/ - KC) with significan headwinds and inclement weather, with 5 passengers and luggage, full A/C, at 70+ MPH, the average was 22.5 MPG. GM's low RPM V-6 final gear transmission setup is great for the highway. Much better than Chrysler, Dodge, or Ford Minivans (closer to 18 as tested). Drop your speed, and expect much higher...
