I am mostly done and at 46 instead of 29- you are still building and developing, and are beating 30 instead of 23, so you're not too far off % wise, and have plenty of room still. I meant challenge as in calling shenanigans, every car and driver is going to be different.
And although you do have some limiting factors involved, I think that is attainable. I thought the best I would ever do was 35, then 37, then 38, then I broke 40, and it slowly keeps going up lol.
