That particular page was about "alloy wheels" which in the common vernacular means aluminum/magnesium based wheels. Consumers being easily swayed by fancy terms like "alloy" and marketers being oblivious to the fact that the steel wheels already were alloy.
Of course iron alloys are reasonably well summarized in wikipedia as well:
