It would sure be fun to send that clip to his insurance agent!

They aren't out on the open road. They are driving through a light commercial area and there are intersecting 20 and 30mph streets. You can see she gets into the left TURN lane for Alice Avenue practically right there... hence giving her yet another REASON to be in the left lane, besides that the right lane had traffic in it. The pickup slid sideways through a school crossing painted on the street one block earlier at Estelle Avenue (20 mph residential area). There is a 50 mph limit sign and a bike lane sign at the crash scene as well.

At 14 seconds you can see a 55mph sign. At 36 sec you see 56mph on her speedometer. At 43 seconds you can see an entrance merging with the right lane- arguably a reason to be in the left lane, and immediately it all becomes a bridge. At 50 seconds she passes the flatbed- definitely a reason to be left. At 1:02 we see why she couldn't cut in front of the flatbed- there's another truck in front of it. At 1:35 she gets in her left turn lane. In less than 30 seconds she's supposed to go right to let him by then go left to make her turn? I think not. Traction was compromised as she stated- puddles can be seen.

There are many like that guy that pass on the right before the "road hog" gets a chance to move over for them. I've been there, had my signal on to merge right and everything but Mr/Ms Antsypants was willing to swap paint to dart into that hole with only inches to spare so you see, that's how that happens.

Would have been mighty fun to salute him when he was sitting bass-ackwards in the ditch!

P.S. The tool's name is Jeffrey Travis White, 33 years old (physically but not mentally) and his truck is an '08 F250- just look at all the heavy hauling that must be done there. Why, a person could even call him up to congratulate him, or get financial advise since he's been one since age 18??? Did tjts move to Florida??? I'd like to know how much public shaming he gets for this!

Just look at that cleverly hidden rear end damage and license plate:
