Not criminal laws, (although I still think the cell phone law was broken but who cares a recent study showed 25% of accidents involved cell phones) but you are not allowed to profit from video without a model's release or masking the identity of those in the video with the exception of a public figure or if you go some place you know they would normally be filming that you purchase a ticket to like say a sporting event. Do you think shows like candid camera don't get the permission of everybody envolved even though often they are filmed on the public street?
Add: almost everywhere I read about this videos the opinions are equally divided, would you really want to put a 50/50 issue in front of a jury?
