I see in Florida a civil trial is usually 6 members and needs to be unanimous. Many other states its just a simple majority in civil law. The burden of proof us much less though then a criminal trial. Still even if the lady "won" a trial like this she is a loser of time and money. Very similar to "wining" most road rage incidents.
You see, the way I look at it is, we are all a team out there on the road. The yahoo in the truck was obviously not part of the team that's easy to see, but this lady is not part of the team either. Watching the video, I don't think the guy was actually all that raged, he wasn't all that close and he started to calmly pass on the right until it seems he notices he is being filmed. Then he seems to be goofing off more then road raging. Either way, not part of the team. But she admits to pacing that truck beside her for 3 minutes at what appears to be below the speed limit. Why on earth do people drive on a relatively empty road side by side weather you are going fast or slow (slow in this case)? That's not being part of the team either. Operating a car using a cell phone as a handheld camera is much more complicated then making a call is also not being on the team. Can't we all just get along? Seems like you wanna talk Carma...
