I'd be happy with a granny gear and a tall OD. But people would complain about a performance hit. You know, because a Ford Focus is a racecar!
3700 at 80MPH is really screaming!
My Focus is geared so that 90 is 3000RPM - 1500RPM at 45. I have never had it that fast.
With the taller tires, my cherokee is <2500RPM at 85. But it never goes above 60 (1700RPM)
