3700 at 80MPH is really screaming!

My Focus is geared so that 90 is 3000RPM - 1500RPM at 45. I have never had it that fast.

With the taller tires, my cherokee is <2500RPM at 85. But it never goes above 60 (1700RPM)
I'm running 2800 rpm at 60, which would be 3750 at 80. It's not unique, sadly. But as you said, why would you need to go 80? I'd be happy with lower rpm. It's fine around town where most of my miles are.
