I have a HyperTech power programmer for my '07 Mustang. With the Premium Fuel power program and Premium fuel, there is a noticeable (seat-of-the-pants) difference in power and torque vs. the Regular Fuel power program. However, the Premium Fuel program and premium fuel net lower MPG due to the lower BTU/gallon content of Premium fuel. My experience. YMMV.
