Said the last one would be the last one, but this would probably bolt in. Take the Isuzu Impulse RWD turbo engine and 5 speed, add a Megasquirt and a few modern upgrades ( like a DIS system using some GM LS coils, a header, a more modern turbo from something somewhere, a proper header ( coated of course ) tuned to make the time that the engine is in N/A mode better, and gear the thing for the moon. Maybe make a cam for more bottom end torque, or get an adjustable pulley and move the cam timing around for max cylinder pressure. Then tune, tune, tune. Throw every ecomodder trick at it. Water/meth injection. Ceramic wheel bearings.
