Kammback-Part ABS plastic and part PVC plastic. I had a large ABS piece left from the other mods and did not want to waste it. To complete the sides I cut and fit PVC plastic.

Build-I started with a large area of 2mm thick coroplast and cut it until it looked and fit perfectly. I then put a rectangular 10mm thick piece of coroplast in the middle of the Kammback underneath the 2mm to add rigidity. I framed the rectangular piece with aluminum angle as well. I then put the ABS and PVC on last. At the end of the Kammback is another frame to really solidify it. This can be seen in one of the pics. Many small bolts go through all layers of plastic to bond it all together. Total weight it about 20 lbs. For my summer break, I will put polycarbonate as a 'rear window' to stop recirculation under the Kammback and 'recuperate' some thrust. Dust accumulation on the rear window is a substantial problem due to the dirty Texas air. Right now the Kammback looks horrible because it has two different types of plastics but once I graduate I plan to fiberglass it and sand it until I can shave with it. I haven't done it yet because it would require a lot of fiberglass which is expensive.

Mirrors-I have two interior convex mirrors and a Wink rear view mirror. If anyone plans on mirror deletes, I would highly suggest getting a Wink mirror as it allows nearly 180° of viewing. It only costs about $25 if I remember correctly. Allow a week to get used to it and then you can back into any parking spot easily.

The Kammback only has about 3 tanks on it so I can't attribute any gains to it yet. The single most effective mod to date is definitely the kill switch.

And a final note, thanks to all of you guys here for the inspiration. The info here is invaluable for time and money efficiency. You would not believe how many interviews I have gotten after putting my results on my resume.
