Ok, so i cut the breather tube in half, and yank out the part of tube that was was wedged into the circular pulley with pliers. The tube breaks, and theres a little piece left wedged in the pulley, so i start the engine hoping the rest would fall out. It does. I take a look at what remains of the long "missing" pcv valve still attached to the breather tube. There are two circular bite marks going straight into the metal of the pcv valve cut out from friction. The cuts are so clean, it looks almost like a cnc machine milled it out. Probably been in there for at least a 1,000 miles!
