I bought the whole pvc system before for my Jeep Cherokee , whole system as the lines/hoses were $20 and the valve itself was 10-$20 but what a difference it made it smoothed out the idle of the 4L motor to such a degree it was dead still @ idle.

I also noticed idle improvements from cleaning a clogged pvc in the past.
I think it is without the pvc the idle increases slightly and with a clogged one it decreases..
