I would suggest that pressing 5-position switch up+middle would bring up the menu. It says "BTN 10 pressed".
And similar for other directions.
But i dont know if that works for all 5-position buttons. Atleast for my button it does.
middle +
up = 10
left = 12
down = 24
right = 9
