I drive 70 km/hr on most roads, as that is all my two-year license will allow.
Autobahn type roads allow me to go 90km/hr, where others are allowed 130 in the summer and 110 in the winter.
I haven't driven over 78hm/hr in my life... I had to pass a moped who didn't trust that I'd let him come in front of me and let him get over in the other lane. Other than that, I usually stay between 68 and 73km/hr. My speedometer is shows something like 2 km/hr more than speed checkers show me, so I know I'm not going over by more than 1 km/hr. Nevertheless, I prefer to stay at or below the speed limit.
